Ep. 10 Working on Soul Healing



What I’ve been Doing for Soul Healing!


I started to record this episode at 10:43, ended editing and at 11:43 and it’s about 14:43 long!


I also made the announcement of my jewelry business and pulled the “Crystals” card from the card deck that says “Your connection to crystals and gemstones is a channel for healing energy.”




Meanwhile, in this episode I speak of “Trusting the Universe” tapping event!

The therapist handed me a buzzing tool one in each hand.

The idea is to go back and forth with both sides of the brain. I began to look at my life as an outsider. Moments of my past relationship popped up. Specific conversations and moments kept coming up and although I had an emotional response to it and tears rolled down, I still felt I was looking at is as an outsider and healing from it.


This is look forward to continuing.

THIS made me feel better but I feel it may have opened a portal to some more rage. It was so much of fun.


I walked out feeling a bit more zen than when I went it.
